Why is Seedance cheaper here than on fal?
For the request compared on this page, we set a fixed Seedance price below fal's public price for the same spec: resolution, length and input type. The comparison shows both totals and the date we last checked fal's price.
Where do the fal prices come from, and how often are they checked?
From fal's public pricing pages, for the same model and spec. We recheck them at least every 30 days. Each comparison shows the date it was last checked and links to the page.
Am I charged when generation fails?
No. If generation fails, or nothing is delivered within 24 hours of acceptance, all held Credits are released.
How do Credits relate to dollars?
1,000 Credits is worth $1 of service, and the rate is fixed. Credits can only be spent on models in VizoAPI. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Do Credits expire, and can I get a refund?
Credits do not expire. Unused Credits from a top-up can be refunded before that payment's refund deadline, in the currency you paid and to the original payment method. Credits you have spent, and Credits from redeem codes, trials or compensation, are not refunded in cash. Read the refund policy.
Which payment methods and currencies can I use?
You buy Credits in US dollars or Chinese yuan through Stripe Checkout, which shows the payment methods available to you. Yuan packs have their own prices. Both currencies add Credits to the same wallet, and tax, where it applies, is listed separately at checkout.
