Terms of service
Effective date: November 3, 2026
In short: VizoAPI gives you one API key for many third-party video, image and audio models. You pay in advance with Credits (1,000 Credits = $1 of service). Each request has a fixed price when it is accepted, and failed tasks are not charged. You are responsible for what you send and what you do with the results, and you must not use the service for illegal or harmful content. You can use your results, subject to the law and any terms of the model you chose. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited. Please read “Disputes” below: it says that most disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and that you give up class actions and jury trials. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days.
These terms are an agreement between you and Oakrelay Labs LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“VizoAPI”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website vizoapi.com, the console, the API at api.vizoapi.com and the documentation (together, “the service”). Our privacy policy and refund policy are part of these terms.
Your account
- You need an account to use the console and the API. You can sign up with an email address and password, sign in with a one-time email code, or use Google sign-in.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
- Give us a real email address and keep it up to date. Some features, such as paid generation, production keys and redeem codes, need a verified email.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at support@vizoapi.com if you think someone else has access.
API keys and projects
- API keys belong to a project in your account. We show the full key once, when you create it; after that we only keep a fingerprint of it.
- Anyone who has your key can make requests and spend your Credits. Keep keys on your servers, never in browsers or apps you ship, and revoke a key that may have leaked.
- You can limit each key by budget, models, IP address and expiry date. Requests made with a valid key count as yours.
- We may limit request rates or the number of tasks waiting at once to keep the service working for everyone. When a limit applies, the API tells you to retry later.
Credits and payment
- Credits are the prepaid balance of the service. 1,000 Credits are worth $1 of service, and this rate does not change.
- You can buy Credits in US dollars or Chinese yuan through Stripe Checkout. Yuan packs have their own prices. Both currencies add Credits to the same wallet. Tax, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout and does not become Credits.
- Credits do not expire. They can only be spent on models in VizoAPI. They cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged between currencies, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, except through a refund under our refund policy.
- Credits from redeem codes, trials and compensation have no cash value and are spent before purchased Credits. Each account can use a redeem code once, and a code may have a usage limit or an end date. We may cancel Credits obtained by fraud, abuse or error.
- Purchased Credits are spent in the order you bought them.
Automatic top-up
- Automatic top-up is optional and off unless you turn it on. Only the account owner or a billing member can turn it on or change it.
- When you turn it on, you choose a threshold in Credits, a Credit pack and a monthly cap. Whenever your available Credits fall below the threshold, you authorise us to buy that pack at its current price, plus any tax, by charging the card you saved with Stripe, without asking you again each time.
- We do not charge more in a calendar month (UTC) than the monthly cap you set. Each charge produces an order and an invoice in the console.
- You can turn automatic top-up off, or remove the saved card, at any time in the console. This stops future charges. It does not undo charges already made.
- If a charge fails, we turn automatic top-up off and email you. It stays off until you turn it on again.
Prices and charges
- Each request has its own price in Credits, listed on the model page and in the catalog. Settings such as length, resolution and the number of outputs can change the price.
- The price is fixed when we accept your task. The Credits for it are held from your balance and charged when the result is delivered. The charge is never higher than the amount held.
- If your available balance cannot cover a task, it is not run and you are not charged.
- Prices can change by version, with an effective time. Tasks already accepted keep their original price, and Credits you already hold do not change.
- Your bill in the console lists every charge, and you can export it as CSV.
Failed tasks
- If generation fails, or nothing is delivered within 24 hours of acceptance, the held Credits are released in full and you are not charged. If a result arrives after that, it is free.
- A result that works but does not match your expectations is not a failed task. Generative models give different results each time, so review results before you rely on them.
- Deleting a result does not return the Credits charged for it.
Third-party models
- Tasks are carried out by third-party model providers that we connect to. The models, their quality and their availability are not under our full control.
- A model may change, slow down or be removed. We may stop offering a model at any time; tasks already accepted are either completed or released without charge.
- Some models come with their own use rules or licence terms. When a model page or the documentation names such terms, they apply to your use of that model and its results.
- We send your prompts, parameters and input files to the provider that runs your task, only to carry it out.
Where models can be used
- Some models are provided by third-party model providers whose terms restrict the countries or regions where their models may be offered.
- You must not access or use a model from a country or region where its provider does not permit it. You are responsible for complying with this.
- We may restrict or suspend access to a model where its provider’s terms require it.
Your content and your results
- “Inputs” are the prompts, parameters, images, video and audio you send. “Results” are the files a model returns for your task.
- You keep any rights you have in your inputs. You give us permission to store, process and send your inputs and results to model providers only as needed to run the service, keep it secure and meet the law.
- As between you and us, you may use your results for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to the terms of the model you used. We do not claim ownership of your results.
- Results can resemble existing works or people, and in some places AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright. We do not promise that results are unique, accurate or free of third-party rights.
- You are responsible for your inputs, your results and how you use them. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any person who can be identified in it.
- Result files are stored for 7 days and then deleted, and uploaded input files for 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service, or help anyone else use it, to:
- break any law, or create, store or share illegal content;
- create, request or share any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We report such material to the authorities where the law requires;
- create sexual or intimate content of a real person without their consent, or use a real person’s face, voice or body in ways they have not agreed to;
- deceive people: impersonate a real person or organization, create fake evidence, or present generated content as real in order to defraud, manipulate elections or spread harmful false information;
- harass, threaten, bully or promote violence or hatred against people or groups, or encourage self-harm;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights of others;
- create or spread malware, phishing or other malicious code or content;
- abuse the service: get around limits, prices, safety checks or access controls; share or sell access to your account or keys in breach of these terms; make automated sign-ups; resell the service in a way that hides these rules from your own users; probe, scan or overload our systems; or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows;
- break the use rules of a model you call.
If you build an app on VizoAPI, you must make your own users follow these rules, and you are responsible for their use.
Reports and moderation
- We do not review every request, but we may check inputs and results when we receive a report, when our systems detect possible abuse, or when the law requires.
- If a file may break these terms, we may restrict access to it while we review it. We tell you the reason, and you can appeal. We keep a restricted file for up to 30 days while a case is open.
- To report content or a rights claim, write to support@vizoapi.com with the task or file ID and the reason.
Availability
- We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular speed, unless we agree otherwise in writing. There is no service level agreement by default.
- We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
- We may pause the service for maintenance or to deal with security or provider problems.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the service at any time and close your account from the console settings. Closing revokes your keys, cancels tasks still waiting and deletes your files. Before the account closes, you can request a refund of refundable Credits; any Credits left are forfeited.
- We may suspend or limit your account, keys or wallet, without notice where needed, if you break these terms, if your payment is disputed or looks fraudulent, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if the law requires.
- We may end these terms and close your account for serious or repeated breaches.
- Sections on Credits already charged, your content, disclaimers, liability, governing law and disputes continue after the account closes.
Disclaimers
The service, the models and the results are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about them that are not written in these terms, including promises of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Results are generated by machine learning models and can be wrong, offensive or unexpected.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others that arise from your inputs, your results, your use of the service or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For important changes we also tell account owners by email or in the console before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
Disputes
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved.
- Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, email support@vizoapi.com with your name, your account email and a short description of the problem and what you want. We will try to resolve it with you. If it is not resolved within 30 days, either of us may start a formal case.
- Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute about these terms or the service that is not resolved informally is decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules: the Consumer Arbitration Rules if you are a consumer, and the Commercial Arbitration Rules otherwise. The AAA rules are available at adr.org. An arbitrator, not a judge or jury, decides the dispute.
- No class actions. You and we each bring claims only on our own behalf, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different people or hear a class arbitration.
- No jury trial. You and we each give up the right to a trial by jury.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there. Either of us may also ask a court for an injunction or similar relief to stop the misuse of intellectual property.
- Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@vizoapi.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Include your name and the email of your account, and say that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not change any other part of these terms.
- Courts. If you opt out, if arbitration does not apply to a dispute, or if the class action waiver above cannot be enforced for a claim, the dispute is decided only by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we accept their jurisdiction. In that case the claim is not arbitrated.
- If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away mandatory protections that the law of your country gives you.
General
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
- If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
